Life Lock Com And The Case Of The Missing Mail List

No court in the America is going to agree with the Experian lawsuit because once you take a closer look it becomes obvious their motives are not what they seem. When I signed up with Life Lock I did so with the understanding they would protect my identity and prevent thieves taking out a line of credit using my personal details. One of the methods Life Lock use to protect my identity is to put a fraud alert against my credit files at the big 3 credit bureau companies.

Life Lock do this on my behalf and with my blessing because it makes it just about impossible for someone to take out a credit agreement in my name because any such attempt would mean I am contacted. Anyone can add a fraud alert to their file and there is nothing the bureau's can do about it. It is our legal right to put these alerts on our credit files and it should make no difference that I have appointed an expert to do it for me rather than attempt it myself. Would Experian be so quick to take out a lawsuit against my lawyer if I had paid him to act as my representative? I very much doubt it, in fact I would put money the fact but then again it's not Life Lock placing my fraud alerts that have annoyed Experian, despite what they might claim.

The real reason Experian are on their high horse is for nothing more than junk mail. This is because Life Lock also prevent their customers details from being included in mail lists for financial products and services. These specially created mail lists have been carefully prepared to only include people with a good credit rating. Credit card providers, loan and insurance companies will pay a lot of money for the names and addresses on these lists. After all, they don't want to be wasting their time sending millions of invites to their services only to find that all the people who reply have bad credit ratings and as such are not the customers they want.

Have a guess who sells these lists to these financial companies? You guessed it, Experian and the other 2 credit bureau's Equifax and Trans Union and that's the reason they want to put Life Lock out of business, nothing more than good old fashioned greed.

Life Lock Com are the only company that can actually prevent my identity theft. All the other identity theft protection companies inform me AFTER my identity has been breached but as a Life Lock customer, the thief cannot open a line of credit in my name. Trying to prevent Life Lock from providing me and the American consumer with this level of protection for no other reason than greed will be thrown from the courts because the alternative for the courts is to hand back the momentum to the criminals who are out there trying to steal my identity.
